Seavey Sits atop Midget Power Rankings

The Wheatley Chronicles – Volume VI, No. 8

Lonnie Wheatley, TULSA, Okla. (June 4, 2018) – With USAC’s Indiana Midget Week in the books and the POWRi Midget Week coming up in Illinois, it’s California shoe Logan Seavey sitting atop the latest edition of the www.midgetmadness.com Midget Power Rankings.

Since winning the USAC season opener at the Southern Illinois Center in Du Quoin, Seavey has added another pair of POWRi wins and added a pair of Indiana Midget Week podiums to open up a 42-point lead in the Midget Power Rankings.

Seavey leads a Keith Kunz Racing contingent that occupies the top four positions with Ryan Robinson in second, Tucker Klaasmeyer in third and Indiana Midget Week champion Spencer Bayston in fourth.  Lawrenceburg winner Chad Boat breaks up the KKR stretch at the top by rounding out the top five.

The rest of the top ten currently includes Kokomo victor Kevin Thomas, Jr., Chili Bowl champ Christopher Bell and the Clauson-Marshall Racing trio of Tyler Courtney, Justin Grant and Zeb Wise.
