POWRi West at Port City on Saturday
TULSA, Okla. (July 25, 2016) – After a weekend at the track where it all started for the Lucas Oil POWRi West series in Oklahoma City, teams have a few weeks to prepare for the track where the season starts, Port City Raceway in Tulsa this Saturday night.

A popular stop on the schedule, this event will be nothing short of action packed. It will also be the Turn Port Pink night, raising money for two local charities. A reminder to race fans the start time has been set back to 8 pm.
With three wins to his credit this season, Steven Shebester leads the way into Saturday’s action with a slim 30-point edge over Grady Chandler in the POWRi West title chase. Blake Edwards has moved up to third after topping the most recent event at Oklahoma City’s I-44 Riverside Speedway with Jason McDougal and Hunter Fischer also among the current top five.
Ty Hulsey topped last year’s July event at Port City Raceway.
