Start a listing of Car owners that Rich Vogler ran for. All types of cars including midget, sprints, silver crown, NASCAR, etc. Jim

Midget racing is big time entertainment.

Great list. When Vogler was involved in a crash in 1987 at the "Indy 500" Flew his plane to run "Angell
Park" in his midget was a night I'll never forget.
Best Regards,
John

In August of 1981 Rich Vogler swept the annual 2 day USAC midget show at Colorado National Speedway. He was driving for Jack Fitzpatrick, in a LTC VW #39, he dominated both features, if I remember correctly.

5118- Thought it was 1987. You could be right about 1989. Guess I'm getting old.

John

From Wiki: Rich Vogler (July 26, 1950, Chicago, Illinois July 21, 1990, Salem, Indiana) was a champion sprint car and midget car driver. He was nicknamed "Rapid Rich". [1] He competed in the Indianapolis 500 five times, his best finish was eighth in 1989.

..would say that means he finished in '89. Maybe '88 or John was right?
